Whether a simple day ride or several days on the road - few things are better than cruising a wide-open highway and touring scenic back roads with good friends! Second to the ride itself is your bike! Most of us choose a ride that fits our style first - then we sort out the functional considerations!
For those of us who prefer the look of "traditional biker's bike" like Dynas, Softtails, Duece, and similar cruisers - who wants to bog it down with conspicuous or cumbersome luggage racks and bungee cords? Not me, or most of the riders I've come across. That's what led to the Travel Rack - minimal impact to the bike's great lines - yet functional enough to carry the luggage you need! After trying standard racks - and having to shore up my luggage with bungees - I found a better way! This rack is easy-on, easy-off, and is THE answer to style WITH performance!
For several days of riding, I use one roll bag for rain gear, maps, a few tools, extra gloves, etc., and a second roll bag for a few changes of clothes. Not only does the Travel Rack work great, it is nearly invisible when in use. After road testing the early prototype of the Travel Rack on long distance riding through good and bad weather, I made several design modifications in order to make the Travel Rack a great compliment to my riding gear. Now, I don't travel without it.
